Mr. Katsura Okubo (Rei Corporation) and Logoscope will be giving a joint presentation at the InterBEE2018 JPPA session on November 20, 2014. In this talk, we will introduce a video production method of variable frame rate, in which different frame rates are mixed in the film, based on the HFR evaluation video we produced together this summer. We will also discuss an example of solid-state lighting that reproduces the brightness of the real world using high brightness LEDs.
